I take the time to reply as we care about our identity. As a corporation since 1999, with no complaints ever from the Department of Real Estate, with no lawsuits ever, I suspect this person, who filed this is the same one whom we evicted a year ago for cause and is continuing to harass our firm.
First, she puts "homeowners' associations" as sender...we don't even manage any associations or condo projects.
Second, we are always available to speak to any of our tenants (we have over 4,500 tenants across 90 locations) and if we weren't able to keep them happy we wouldn't still be in business.
Scan the other reports on this site and you'll see that each is anonymous, and each has similar bizarre comments.
