BTWatsea Company Rfefusing to give a refund Phoenix Arizona
I was sent a letter dated February 24th, 2015 stating the Maxwell and The 7 Seas Cruise had been cancelled. The options given to me me were to apply my credit to BTW music festivals or to place my name on a list for future reimbursement at the completion of litigation. BTW is sueing the cruise line and credit card merchant service provider. They said they cannotgo into details but if you are sueing someone on my behalf, I believe I should know all the details. It seems very fishy to me.
