Buddy Swisshelm runs a sign sales organization. He operates under Buddy Swisshelm, Signtronix, Swiss Eagle Marketing. This is important because he has sold very expensive Electronic Signs (the big LED signs) under the name Signtronix. Signtronix is a manufacturer from California. But he has sold many many of these very expensive signs that are just chinese import garbage. Like mine!
My sign is a piece of garbage that I spent over $30,000. I was told by Buddy that I was buying a Signtronix sign. I was told of the quality and the warranty. All LIES. I got a piece of garbage that not only looked like it was built in some handyman's garage; I come to find out it actually was. Everything this guy says is bull crap. Do NOT believe a word from this man.
I have complained because:
-the sign looks terrible, it is not clear, the colors are all faded and vary
-it never communicates, I have had new cable, antenaes, routers....
-i cannot get parts, repairs or service
Buddy will ignore your calls for months then send someone out to look at it. I have had about 5 different people out... tells me he can't keep them. He is despicable and he ripped me off. I wonder if he sleeps at night.
STAY AWAY from Buddy Swisshelm (actual name is Orbin), Signtronix and Swiss Eagle Marketing!!!

Now with that being said we understand the frustration you have experienced from our products and/or services that we have provided to you at one point in time; and with each sign sold we do hold ourselves liable via our terms and conditions setforth within our contract, that each and every customer receives at the time and order is placed.
In all the years of business we have never experinced anyone customer so outraged in the manner that you are, and we would like nothing more than to be given the opportunity to resolve the issue, the only problem is we do not know who you are therefore we cannot set the stage to meet or exceed the expecations we have missed thus far according to the complaint.
We are committed to providing superior services from the initial consult, order placement, sign permits, sign installation, and lastly your advertisement to suit your needs of the business.
1st call resolution is a high priority as well as superb customer service, and we have been able to meet all these expecations for many consumers over past 30 years with many returning for additional products and/or services, as well as referring us to other family, friends, and business owners.
So enclosing we sincerely aplogize for what you have experienced and would like nothing more than to be given the opportunity to resolve the issue at hand and we ask that you contact us as soon as possible.
