I hired this company as they were a good price for what they stated they will clean. I have never had a cleaning service before and was highly disappointed with this one. The first fee is $180 and that includes almost everything top to bottom deep clean inside and outside of microwave, oven, etc. They mis-scheduled my cleaning time and brought in two additional cleaning ladies to help out which was fine. I expressed the importance of the dusting due to allergies. When they left I noticed that the picture frames in my house were not dusted. I also noticed the kitchen counter was not wiped off or cleaned. I called the company after I noticed that and respectfully explained my concern. I was told I would get a free clean. It should be  noted that I did appreciate the work on the blinds and the bottom of the bathroom shower.

As the day went on I noticed the microwave was not cleaned, there was a hand full of hair still in the bathroom rugs, smudge on bathroom mirror, dust in the master bathtub which is barely ever used, dust on top of knick-knacks, dust behind computer, kitchen sink not cleaned, and the most disturbing... they wiped my brand new mac computer with some sort of furniture polish as the oils are still on the screen. I called back asking to cancel the free clean and just get a refund as we were very unhappy with the service and the response I got from Rochelle was "So you want me to eat the cost and not pay my staff the hourly wage." I was completely taken back by this comment. She said she had to call the owner and would call me back. I answered the phone and she replied, "You got your free clean!" She was very rude and completely inconsiderate. I asked what was used on my computer so I would know how to get it off and she changed her story three times stating 1st, an electronic cleaner that is sold at Verizon (I later confirmed that Verizon does not sell such cleaner and recomends only water on Apple products), 2nd - nothing, and 3rd - a swiffer with nothing. I can assure you a substance was used as I could see residue on the screen that looked terrible. Rochelle continued to have attitude stating she would use a swiffer on her "$6000 computer and it would be fine!" As many of you know, Apple computers are different than others and certain care needs to be taken, but I was not about to get into that with her. I had it with her at this point and spoke stern to her as I was calm and respectfull leading up to this moment. I requested the owners information and spoke to her (Rochelle's mom) about the incident. I was told she had a "bad day" which is not a reason to be rude to a customer as we all have bad days. I wanted this to work out more than anyone and was treated with disrespect and was not satisfied with the service they provided. I will be taking my computer to Apple to ensure the screen is not damaged, and if it is I doubt they will do anything about it as they say they are insured, but most likely will not be responsible since the story changed several times of what was used. I would highly recommend to use another cleaning service and spend a little more money for great service and nice people. Save your time and money and go with someone who will do a great job, or just do it yourself like I should have done ;)
