budget well water systems oct.2011 purshased the terminox,i installed it and it plugged up the plumbing system $250 for a plumber,ordered two more bags of media ,the plumber worked with tech support again it plugged plumbing system iagain called tech support they suggested i ry to sell it. made several calls w/negative results i am stuck with a unit that does not work $2500 expense Internet
i purchased a terminox iron filter in oct 2011, i was told it was easy to install, the media in the filter plugged up the whole house. plumber cost $250.
this is a vaction home we go there once or twice a yr. on feb 2012 we returned , i had the plumber talk to tech support, and try the system again we could see the media comming out of system, the tech said not to worry, however the media plugged up the whole plumbing system again.($200)
i was told to try to sell the system.
may 2013 we returned and tried to get some more tech support. i was told the unit was out of warrenty. i am stuck with terminox unit at a cost of $2500. w/o a solution. the budget well water system claims 7 day tech support/life tme warrenty. i got ripped off. trying to figure out my next move. can anyone out there help?
