In Late December and early January 09/10 i had insurance work done on my kitchen. My insurance company, Amica, recomended this company for the repair job. I decided to upgrade my counter tops to granite. At some point during the istallation, they cracked the granite in two, in two different parts. The covered it up with filler. i did not notice it till the filler started to wash out. They simply told me to pound sand, the warrenty was up. They also rebuilt my cabinets as part of the insurance work. When they re installed the cabinets they didn't fit. There was almost a 1/2 inch gap between the appliance garage and the counter top. They tried to leave it that way. They eventually came out and put in some molding on part of it but left the rest not fixed and told me that was all they could do. They left a gap between the counter and the cupboards they sit on. They didn't properly attached sa slab of the granite to the wall. My husband had to fix it before it fell off and onto the stove. The granite had two huge chips in the seam line that they re attached with filler. I pointed this out at the time. Again they said there was nothing that could be done. All of this is documented in emails and letters to the Co.
