The company Bulk Yes is engaged in fraudulent activities. They purport to help companies distribute their products to hundreds of online stores to increase sales footprints across the Internet. Their platform to do this is called Bulk Yes. I engaged this group, lead by two men, named Mark Hufstetler and Brock Felt. In December 2016 they said they needed $2500 to do integration work, load the products onto their platform..... The money was put in their corporate account on 12/23/16. After about two weeks of non-activity I inquired as to the state of things. Brock Felt said Mark was having issues but would be back on things shortly. Things never progressed, and as I asked more questions about their platform the more holes came to light.
These two men are frauds. Brock Felt has been involved in a major class action lawsuit showing him defrauding others out of millions of dollars. I'm not sure what Mark Hufstetler's seedy past consists of, but given he has stolen $2500 of my money, and several other companies I know and have spoken to, odds are he too is off ill repute. I will be taking legal action against this company in the coming week and filing a class action lawsuit against them on behalf of the multiple companies they have stolen money from and provided zero services.
I will also be speaking with the Salt Lake City Police Department, providing them the name's and numbers of each of the companies defrauded by these two individuals in hopes that the police will look into it and press charges against them. Once I file my compaint with the poilce department I will take that to the district attorney of Salt Lake City and see what investigatory actions can be taken against Mark Hufstetler and Brock Felt. The fact of the matter is if I know of multiple companies who have been defrauded out of several thousand dollars each, the odds are there is a much longer list of companies being stolen from by these two people and they need to be brought to justice.

Brock ripped me and my partner off as well for over $2,000.00 last year. After we looked into him faulty business dealing we found that Brock Felt has new cover companies and uses other people names to mask his new scams called Bulk Yes, Startupelevated.com and www.Eventbrite.com and engaged in taking peoples money up front in promises they will get funding and investments from his cicle of Angel Invesotrs which I have NEVER seen happen.
Brock claims to help companies distribute their products to hundreds of online stores to increase sales across the Internet yet once he takes your money he never completes the task and runs off with your $2000.00 dollars. One of Brocks fake marketing platforms to do this is called PlatformOne which he refuses to hand over your pass words to get into your account probably because its a fake account and then he simply does not repsond back to you and or gives you a bunch of excuses why he will not refund your money. TOTAL FRAUD!!
I found this person who was investigating him, he may be ale to help you as well, they are Corporate Fraud Investigators. Bill E. Branscum, Investigator

From looking at his jaded past he ran from Tampa and start a new life in Utah and re incvent himself under the cover of new companies. I saw a private investigator is keeping tabs on him in Tampa for fraud with his other company called EMillionaire.com and Creative Juice which he has several fraud complaints as well. STAY AWAY FROM BROCK UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN FOR MONEY. I HAVE NEVER SEN ANY SUCCESS STORY WHERE HE ACTUALLY HELPED ANYONE MAKE MONEY. HE ONLY TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DOES NOT PERFORM WHAT HE CLAIMS HE CAN THEN REFUSES TO GIVE BACK YOUR MONEY.
