I met Shane bullis the week of mid November 2015. He walked around the home with me and we discussed what need to be done on a home that was damaged by hail. We discussed rates for everything I would be doing, so I could bill him accordingly at the end. I have been in my local state and national builders associations for over 13 years. I have completed 14 parade homes in this time and over 100 siding jobs. Shane showed up daily to see how we were doing. We followed all his instructions per the job and did exactly what was asked. He assured us everything looked good. Since the job was complete the third week of November 2015. I have still not received payment. This guy is a con artist salesman and knows nothing about the trades. Do not trust him for anything. He had lied to me over the past 2 months on numerous occasions that he would get me proof my job was void. I have been doing this in my sleep for over s decade. Voided. First it was a vsi inspector, that was a lie. Then it was the siding company Amherst who voided the work, that was a lie etc etc. he's a crook. The homeowner says its between us but I met her at her home in December 2015 and said Shane was to be paid in full and that everything was complete. I currently am owed almost $4,000 without interest and penalties. I have sent registered letters to owner about putting a lien on the home and am working with an investigator to get him in trouble with the law over this. I know this is contractor fraud and he needs to pay for what I have done. He's been paid in full and sitting on my labor money. This is stealing. I hope someone who reads this can help!!!
