Burdick Mobile Sold me the wrong size tires Pennellville New York
I purchased a set of new tires for my 2005 kia Spectra5 and they are supposed to be 20550r16 and he put on 20560r16 the car handled really bad. So as they were installing my new tires they claimed on of my lug studs was broken and they did not do it. It was on when I brought it there. I called my kia dealer and the service mamnger took me right in to fix my car. He came out and told me my tires were hitting my front fender and were rubbing. I told him I just came from the place and he told me to go back and get the right tires put on. So I did and the guys in the garage said they put the wrong size on and that I could speak to Steve the owner. So I spoke to him and he told me that he was in business for 32 years and the tires were fine for my car. I told him if I found out different I would be back. I did not like the rough ride and it seemed like my brakes did not stop right so I wen to have a oil change 3 weeks later and they came out and told me the same thing. So I began an investigation and called and went online to check the tire size out. Everyone has told me the same thing and that it could ruin my speed sensor on the transmission. So I took my friend and out we went to talk to Steve the owner and Christian Tire Technician and i tried to explain to him about my dilema. I told him all I wanted was the right size tires put on my car and he told us it would cost me more cabbage for the tire change. I told him he was crazy I was not going to pay for his mistake and that this was not fair and he told me Life is not fair and he jumped into his truck and ignored us and drove away. I was mad I had paid 425.00 for the so called tires and wrote to evey customer service aid that I could.
