Ok, I have read all the report and am infuriated at myself for even working for this company, I have a young son that for months I was away from becuse I believed the scam of owning my own company.  Let me fill you in, I feel that this company was brought to the West coast because the East coast could not contain the BS that was being feed to the population of young people that just need to make money to support themselves and their family.

First, lets start with the first face you see Stefani with an "F" which stands for Fake. She wants to be your friend so bad that she will even ask you to move in with her and her Ex who happens to work in the same office, weird. I thought she was cool, I thought that I was gonna have a great time here because after I was hired everyone was so nice (they all did not have any friends here since they all just moved here from Atlanta, or where ever)  Off  track, lets get back to the subject the office presence was unproffesional, Stefani always would talk about her private life with employees and make you uncomfortable, "just to let you know he is not exclusive to you"  just thought I needed to get that out.   I was tired of listening to all whining the pitty party should not be in a proffesional office. But remember if she doesn't like you she is rude and will talk about you behind your back.  I heard the stories about me.

Next, you see the a*s man or assistant managers, wow what d****e bags (there words not mine).  All the stories are entertaining, what it takes to be a real upstanding Southern Boys, NOt.  I will not raise my son to use woman and people in the way that these guys do.  The header of this should read Woman beware, if you want this position you will have to sacrafice all, you are made to feel great and liked, which is cool if there is an attraction persue it outside the office, not on the hood of your car.  Other than these few flaws these guys are great, if you like to be yelled at and treated like s**t by mister baseball when you do everything right but sell stuff on an all commission job, let me tell you it is my paycheck if I sold nothing I sold nothing learn to stay out of peoples faces or if you just don't even give a crap from Boyd than that is what you get, he has no drive its like he left that 10 years ago on the football field.  What did it take to be a great person in this Org?  Deceiet!!!!

Oh Ken, I was not there long enough to know him as everyone elses reports on here refer to him as the devil, he never took the time to get to know me, because I truly did not give a s**t.  It seemed like the moment that you need more help he pawns you off on the Leaders in the office or all in all just waits for you to Fail so that he can fire you ( I quit before he could fire me, I had a better opportunity with school, thanks Family for opening my eyes). I thought that this company had a reputation of mentoring people not turning your back on your employees that your ads say "NO SALES EXPERIENCE NEEDED" I was wrong.  Ken you are not the Devil but you are a bad business owner.

BCS is too good to be true don't fall into the trap, yeah you can make money I seen it first hand from a person in the office, she was great made money followed directions and was able to show by doing, from what I hear she doesn't work there any more. So, as was said by other employees and Ken himself hard work is what keeps you in this company, it is a bunch of crap.

I don't believe Cydcor is to be blamed, it is who they trust to run there deals the people behind the big desks that think they are doing the work when it is actually the people in the other room that are out in the field the ones that work and mentor new suckers coming in the door.  I will say that if things were different I probably would have stayed, fell further into the scheme and made money but all the time sacraficing everything that ment anything to me my morals, my values, myself and most of all my free will.  I mention free will because I read something about that team night and roadtrips are opptional, Not, if you don't go you will not grow in this business, no interviews, no responsibilities and either yelled at by CJ or ignored by Ken that is the way you get to choose your options in this company, kinda sounds like the decision is made for you huh.

So if you are reading this and looking into the job that called you 20 minutes after you submitted your resume just hang up.  You are gonna lose money and pay to work at this job. Learn from my mistake and many others who fell for this scam, I call it organized Crime.

Well I have to laugh at this guy!  A smooth tounge, swindeling back stabbing punk!  Everything that people have written on here is 100% TRUE!!!!

I worked for Ken in Atlanta in 2005, and I was so brain washed by his bull s**t antics, that I lost all grasp of reality.  Family...Ha, what family.  You couldn't even take a day off with out being repremanded, even though I made my own money.

I really don't care about the buisness side of things. I chose it. I was always taught that you should never act in a way of deciet, if you don't want it to come back Jack. So you lost all your first Gen did ya now Socer boy?

Was it all worth it? Good luck on your retrain!

I consider myself an informed consumer so I want to share my experience with their interview process.

When you come in for the first interview the people are actually very nice.  You fill out a form and wait. The interview went well.  They were very nice to me as well.  The interview was almost entirely about anything from life experience to Business Consulting solutions at Ranch Cucamonga but nothing about the actual work.

After that, I got a second interview.  It was scheduled for that same week.  It was an all day look at what BCS does.  I get there the morning and in the other room the people had a meeting that sounded really rowdy and very unprofessional.  You get to meet your guide for the day as well.  They went over a few sales technique and then Ken came in to give a pep talk.  Then we went on our way.

So far, it was not so bad and mostly good.  Now to the part I have a problem with.  Door to door sales is one thing, soliciting is fine if you can offer something of value to the businesses, but dishonestly and consciously deceiving is another.

BCS is a third party company.  Though Verizon and ATT outsource their work to BCS, they are not really from those company.  Speaking of Verizon and ATT:  http://redtape.msnbc.msn.com/_news/2011/07/13/7072019-big-telecom-firms-make-millions-from-cramming-fees-senator-says

But I digress.  They claim to do "consulting" but really all they do is sale.  On the day long interview, I went around with a person who showed me the ropes.  They come to the doors of businesses with scripted lines to minimize resistance.  They claim "we are from att or verizon" and ask to see the phone bill but they are really not.  What they really want to do is just get you to sign up for the service or "bundle" your package which may lower your cost but requires extending your contract.  If you say no, they come with another line to get the information they want such as "is the person who handles the phone line here?" If there is a "no soliciting sign" we just walk right by it and go in anyway.  After each time, we went over how the business said "no" and talked about ways to get around that.  We were nice but in an aggressive manner if you can understand that.

The sales people are more interested in getting their clients to sign for that service rather than helping the client who has an issue with the very service they are selling.  The person who showed me around even told to me forget about the client's problem and leave that hassle aside for att or verizon.  We went around the whole day just walking from door to door without knowing anything about a company not who the boss is, what the company's name is, or even who to talk to.

You are assigned a "territory" and visit the businesses once.  After, you are assigned another "territory" and probably never see the people you solicit again.  Which may or may not be a good thing.

I wasted my whole day driving down there and walking around with them and they didn't even give me lunch, I had to buy my own =( .  I know that doesn't matter too much but to me that was important.  Lastly, when we got back to the office.  You get another form to fill.  They probably will offer you the job, as they did me, and ask if you want commission or base+ commission.  They claim base+commission is 300/wk plus bonus but said "no one ever takes that option" and I felt pressure into taking only commission.

So in conclusion, I do appreciate them showing me around and being fairly honest about what kind of work they do.  It is just the work, deceiving manner, coming into businesses offices without a appointment or welcome, pretending to be a rep from telecom company, using prepared lines to circumvent their "no" response, those are the things I have a problem with.

I could not help but laugh reading this, hahaha..

I worked for this company and I loved it, I think that it takes a certain type of person to work for a commission only position and apparently it was not you along with many others.

It is hard for me to read some parts of this, Stefanie is great at what she does so if you want to complain and blast your personal talks then sad, sad, sad.

The assistant managers are intense, they are passionate about what they do.  Why fault these guys for wanting you and everyone else to succed.  These guys have set goal and are achieving them, why can't everyone else do the same?  I think that there is a question of professionalism in your report or is it just the way you work?

Ken as a boss was great, being able to have him mentor myself helped me grow in my business ethic, thank you.  I feel that Ken tries to mentor everyone if you could not take everything that was given to you I am sorry. People need to stop bagging on the 1% of people that can make it in this business.

I made great money while working a commission only job, I had great work ethics so the field or Door to Door sales never scared me.  Many great tools were given to me while working for B.C.S so I will use them in my next ventures, you should try to do the same.

To conclude, no I don't still work at B.C.S, do I believe in the motives and what the job can offer you if you work really really hard, YES!!!!  If you are looking for a job apply and follow through it is a great experience and you can do well just do what is asked of you.
