BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE, OR BUSINESS SITE DEVELOPERS MISLEADING AND FRAUDULENT SALES PRESENTATION AND CONTRACT LAS VEGAS NEVADA
This company, BDI, proposed to put my company, OPTICAL ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES INC. on the first page of Google Search Engines at a cost of $1,795-.with a supposed 9 month effort, which if not successful, they would continue to work on this for an additional 9 months. After 2 months, with no appearance on Google's first page I contested the credit card charge for $1,795-. BDI responded with pages of falsehoods, which unfortunately, the Credit Card Company accepted. I am now forced to default on my credit card charge because BDI has no assets in Connecticut that I can collect when I win a Small Claims suit. We have multiple pages showing that our company never showed up on the Google first page. Their entire sales pitch was based upon getting my company on Google first page.
