Business Financial Publishing is committed to 100% subscriber satisfaction -- whether that satisfaction is from the content and customer service for current readers or in quick refunds for subscribers who wish to cancel their subscription. Our customer service hours are 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Subscribers can contact us toll-free at 1-866-447-8625. We process all cancellations and refunds on the day that we are contacted. We send those refunds through our credit card processor in batch that evening and from there the request to credit the subscriber's credit card account is forwarded to the subscriber's credit card issuer. All refunds are issued in the form of a credit to the credit card account the subscriber used to sign up for our service. We do not cut a check to subscribers for refunds. We have made every attempt to find within our records a subscriber person who lodged this complaint for the time frame mentioned. However, after exhaustive research by our customer service manager and me, we are unable to locate ever having had any such subscriber. If the unsatisfactory refund situation continues for this reader, he can contact me directly at 202-420-7802 and I will personally work with our customer service manager to ensure that this situation is resolved to the subscriber's satisfaction.
