Butcher's Choice of Baltimore came to my house and I helped the guy out by buying $32 worth of filet mignon. Later when I got my bank statement I saw he added one hundred dollars to the amount. I am filing a police report tomorrow and will do all I can to put them out of business so they cannot keep robbing people this way. They are scam artists and we need to stop them.

Butcher's Choice Did a great job!! Glen Burnie Maryland I recently had a representative from Buther's Choice stop at my home as a door to door salesman. I made a purchase for a sizeable amount of product. And was pretty happy. The following day I did a search on Butcher's Choice and found a lot of bad press on the company on Rip Off. So, I immediately stopped payment on my check and sent notification to the Glen Burnie office through their website. A short time later I was contacted by them and I explained I stopped payment on the check. The individual was courteous and understanding. I had not tried the product yet. The representative suggested I try the product and get back to them. If I wasn't satisfied they would have someone return the product. If I was satisfied, I could send another check. I received the voided check within two business days. I followed up with a detailed e-mail of our conversation and asked for additional information. I wanted a letter from the company on its stationery concerning the warranties given to me when I purchased the product. They agreed to send same to me within the next couple of days. In the meantime I tried the products pruchased. The chicken was tasty, the flat iron steak was great, the fish was fresh. So, I contacted the company and told them I would keep the product and send the payment for the products. I set up the payment in my account for the following week. In the meantime I received a letter confirming the warranty and a formal receipt for the purchase made. I like the convenience of the product. They are serving sizes and I am interested to see how it works in my budget. If you are looking for convenience and are thinking of trying something new, don't hesitate to contact the Glen Burnie Maryland office.
