I ordered a 1 GB Jump drive from the said company online on the 8th of October 2004 for $85 (including $5.03 shipping and handling). In some days it showed the product as delivered. On further investigation it showed that the drive was delivered to the wrong address. Further communication with the company just turned up that a claim can be filed only after 13 days.

On 29th October, 2004 a claim was filed for credit and since then there has just been a long wait and plenty of phone calls. Every time there is an assurance of credit to my account in 3 - 5 business days. Today is January 15, 2005 and the latest conversation with the supervisor at the call center again turns up a 3-5 days promise to credit my account. There has been a $5.03 credit to my account for shipping and handling on December 21, 2004. I am still waiting for the rest of the money, that is $80.

What is surprizing is numerous phone calls to the company turn up nothing but a 3-5 days promise on the credit. I'm highly unsatisfied with the working of the company wherein no one person seems to know what is going on within an order cycle. The coordination between different sections need to be absent and information is lacking. Everytime I just get a lot of apologies, but no credit to my account. If the number of apologies I get could count for money, I'd be beyond the said price by now.
