BuyAutoParts.com Way too long, wrong part San Diego Internet
I originally purchased a set of 4 strut assemblies for my car on the 9th of February 2015. When I purchased them I realized after the purchase that the rears were different. I called right away and spoke to a CSR at BAP. He said he would correct it and send it along with the order.
6 days later the parts came, but the part was not corrected.
Again, 2 days later I called and explained the mistake and was told it would be overnighted. I am not sure what night they were talking about because it is the 20th and it is still not corrected.
another call and another round of excuses led to being told the part WAS being delivered today.
The CSR then we t on to argue with me telling me that the mistake was mine originally.
why would you tell a customer that???
This will be the end of my ordering parts from BAP!
