buylowauctions.com Hidden charge and Blocked at the same time Internet
On November10,2010, I casme across this company, went to registraction page, the normal info was being ask for(name, address, etc), the registration form the same time was at the top of the page . After I put my credit card info in I'm under the impression that I would have the opportunity to chose the bid package I wanted cause at the bottom of the form it stated something like" to the auction".
I recieved notice that my purchase had been processed, confused I went to my inbox and found out that a 159.00 was processed,I made a call to the service rep Sara and was told in very nasty voice that they don;t give cancellations. After talking to this nasty service rep I wanted to see what I really had join , I tried to enter the site and I had been blocked by the service rep Sara.
I call the service rep back and told her that I couldn,t enter the site she said" I know you sound so angry that I didn't want you to bid on anything cause you didn't sound happy", in turn I stated now you are going to be taking my money and you are blocking me at the same time, Sara stated yes.
Conclusion these people are taking peoples money and feel they have the right to take the right to use the site away if you ask questions about what they do .
