Thank you for your "prompt" response and your comments. Apparently you're as much as a victim as I am. I was able to immediately remedy the charges and though the immediate billing trail led to your company and services, would thereby make someone think you were endorsing fraudulent charges. I thereby suggest to you, as I was not "Stupid" to use my card at Burger King or other in other non secure manners, it is YOUR site that uses this fraudulent company as a method of payment. Its called guilty by association. I suggest that you, to protect your business, credibiity, that you use Paypal or other accredited, known and approved SECURE websites for payments. I was immediately reimbursed because I was able to narrow down as you suggested. But if I am one victim and your website the one who has the finger print on the smoking gun, do what you can to protect yourself. You're a victim, I hate that word, of this company and fraudulent charges. Its apparent some DJ company in PA is not exactly the same as the culprit as the company based in Luxemborg. And if you were so concerned, why do I hear from you SEVERAL months after the fact and on this website? Is this what you call "Customer Service"? Not calling people back? Having no voice mail lor email? You only respond to a posted Bulletin Board post even if it was erroneous? and THANK GOD for sites like this. Had it not been, I wouldn't have gotten my money back so fast. I reiterate.... two suggestions. 1. Improve Customer Service and respond directly to people who have complaints, concerns or issues. 2. Use a SECURE method of payment like Paypal. It protects YOU as a business entity and your customers. With no customers you have no business. With people like me getting ripped off from fraudulent companies that you use, you get feedback like this disparaging your business. Do your homework Like I did mine. The only thing I did wrong was thing that your company would HELP me find out what the erroneous charges were, but to no avail. Say what you want about me, my family, my finances, the speculation of my lifestyle, lack of judgement... the finger and immediate email trail came to your company. Want to save your business? Use Paypal and resort to more professional and compassionate methods of helping your "customers".

Well, leave it to this site to bring out the best in idiots that think they are doing some justice. First, the transaction did not come from us. Second, why would you not go to http://mansworld.wcspay.com as it shows up on your billing descriptor? They have all the help you can ask for on that site. They are a 3rd party payment processor much like paypal. Third, I guarantee the transaction is 3 times higher than any amount we charge on the site, but you still continue to whine to the wrong people. Then, you also see mansworld.wcspay.com's phone number in your billing descriptor. They are an international company. But, being how smart you are, you decide to call my site about the issue. Now it's obvious why someone stole your credit card information, your not too smart in the first place. Fraudulent transactions are monitored every hour on my site and are dealt with accordingly. I'm sure you e-mailed my site and complained. Were you not sent an e-mail stating the transaction did not come from us and also where and how to contact them? But then you feel you are doing yourself justice by coming to this site and making statements that has nothing to do with my company. If you have a transaction from Wal-Mart, do you call Burger King and dispute the transaction with them? So why would you bother my site with a transaction that never occured through my site and I have no idea about. The information needed is in the billing descriptor mansworld.wcspay.com (website) and their phone number is listed right next to that. But you and your trusty internet search engine brought up my site because I was one of their 3rd party companies they process payments for. Keep in mind, I know it's hard to remember, but they processor for many many other companies. That's what a 3rd party payment processor does. This has to be the best comment you left "I am a single divorced mother with 3 kids. Had I not caught this, we would have gone hungry." But yet, you state that you have money for lawyers, live in Washington DC and you also have the money to purchase a computer to pay for the internet and make ridiculous statements, but yet your family is on the verge of starvation.
