. I stillOn Dec. 5, 2015 I was trying to place a Web order with Amazon. com but I could not remember my password after 5-8 attempts an application shophoneswed up on $ 397.00 and today was the last date of sale. The order asked me to take
a take a few minutes after placing the order to tell me how the service was and I would get a prize worth a $100. I sent
a great review on all the questions and found out the prize was a choice of 5 magazine subscription, but realized
this prize was a scam because at the end it said their would be a $2.00 service charge for each magazine and I would be
letting them update my subscription each year with my credit card of course I could cancel the subscription by calling them
I cancelled on line that I was not interested in the magazines I knew I would forget to call them in a year. But I
stated I still wanted the Headphones. At this time I realized he would shipped out in 1 or 2 days and it will be 2 to 3 days after that
I would receive them.I checked my bank accountou and realized 12/12/2015 they were debited from my Credit Card.
when I had not received in a week or so I called back, he said he would check to see why I had not received them and I requested he give me the tracking# It was a few days later I called him back and he said he didn't know but he would
double check because some packages had been stolen from the truck on the way to the Post Office and that is why
he did not have a tracking number. When I asked him if he would Email another pair from his stock in overnight mail
he said he would but had no Headphones in stock and it would be at least one to two weeks before they would be restocked.
I told him to cancel them and refund my money that was withdrawn on Dec. 11, 2015. He said he would have the money back in my account within two days. 2 days before Christmas I called him back when and he said what do you want now?
I said my money, he said it should be there in a couple of days I said I will call you back aftter Christmas. Today
is Jan 4th, 2016 and it still not in the bank. He is so rude I don't plannto call again.
