i went to the school in arkansas in 2002. i already had my cdl, but they said they would get me a job to pay for the tuition. i was told after the school was over they couldn.t get me a job either. somewhere in the contract its states that if you dont go to work within 7 days of completion of the school the tuition doubles. i didnt hear from them for 6 years. they sent me a letter saying i now owe them 17,966.00. they then seized my checking and savings account and took 4,000.00 from me. i didnt hear from them for another 2 years. i just received a letter from them saying i now owe them 12,959.00, and they seized my woodforest account. i just reciently filed bankrupsy. they will never turn your debt over to the credit bureau so they can still keep accumulating interest on your debt. they are not a goverment school so they cant take your income tax check. i wish you luck, but they will never give up!
