Brian Freestone, c3 Nutraceutical, Defense Distributors, LLC Cannabis Beverages Development, LLC Con-artist thief uses money talk to gain trust and when you ship he doesn't pay. When you pay he doesn't ship. Sebastian Florida
DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH BRIAN D FREESTONE. The very first issue I had wth him was on a $1300 order, I had to threaten him to cancel the order and stop doing business with him before he paid. He would say "I'll pay the invoice tomorrow morning" and because he has all these plans and wants to open up corporations with you etc. you think you can trust him and that he will really pay, after all he has SO MUCH MONEY!!
Well that should have been the last time I did business with Brian Freestone but after being very careful about not being exposed to him, we decided to purchase some cannabis bars, via western union, and he did accept the payment. After payment, he said he would send them and they never arrived. Brian Freestone said they were sent to his house instead of my address, and that he would resend them. They were never resent, and he had a great idea that he would sell some of our products to pay back the money. We would not ship them out without some sort of payment, which Brian Freestone never attempted so we never shipped it out.
A week later his phone was shut off. We did some research to find him, and found that he's the registered agent for Defense Distributors, inc. and we called that number. An elderly gentleman answered and said he gets at least 10 calls per month from people looking for him, and this phone number has always been his so obviously Brian did not want to be contacted. On the 2nd page of corporationwiki there's a 2nd phone number to a voicemail that says brian freestone on it, and it's still operational. He's also now working with a company called Cannabis Beverage Development, LLC in cooperation with the same company who did Ginseng Rush - ARE THEY IN FOR A SURPRISE!!!

The $400.00 balance that completely wrecked my life, in which was paid in full ,October 2015.
The whole purpose in contacting Badmonkey Botanicals was not to rip them off, but purchase rare botanicals to use in a new set of formulations, specifically chocolate bars using a non sugar sweetener derived from Stevia,called Reb-A, solely for the purpose of donating to terminally ill cancer patients, returning Iraq/Afghanistan veterans and sick people in general. Investors backed out and I had nothing....
Basically, Investors were supposed to infuse capital to build equipment for a NON PROFIT manufacturing company for the sole purpose of aiding terminally ill patients. Never happened except in one case where an investor spent $120,000 on a botanical purification system that burned up in a fire. Total Loss
The problem was that part of the formulation involved cannabidiol( CBD ) and that's where the problems started. Cannabis Beverage Development was formed to sell Industrial Hemp Oil(FARM BILL LEGAL) beverages and Omega 3 Shots. Huge Mistake
Badmonkey Botanicals also developed a novel herbal capsule to assist marijuana users combat the effects of smoking,in which I was all for selling to dispensaries. Do you actually think the idiots in the Medical Marijuana business would consider something that didn't get their customers high. Not a Chance and the deal fell through.
Those clowns couldn't even standardize dosage ,to the point of dispensing pure extracts called shatter to little old ladies trying to get relief from arthritis. Can you say, Clowns.....
PNC BANK flagged every single transaction from April 2013 - December 2014 when they finally closed my account and I have proof of this and that's why Badmonkey Botanicals and 3 other suppliers were paid 2 weeks late.Yes, 2 weeks.
Ginseng Rush Co. was a company I represented as a beverage distributor from 2006-2008 to sell their beverages in Japan. Never happened
Defense Distributors was a small military development company I started to sell novel ingredient and component formulations in which never received one contract,even under HubZone rules. I've had the same phone number since 2010
Long story short. I am completely out of the R&D business forever,all suppliers have been paid in full.
