Went to Cabo Cantina for drinks to meet with friends. As we were greeted by our first waitress, she offered us two for one shots of Tequila, two declined, two of us thought about it, but ultimately declined as well. About 30mins later, shots appeared and we just decided 2 for 1 why not.

Later on another waitress came by and stated she was back from her break and would be helping us. We ordered two more shots at the buy 1 get 1 and about 30mins after the waitress brought them out.

We decided to cash out and upon receiving our bill we were charged for the full price of 4 shots. I brought it to the attention of the waitress who was a little slow at catching on to what I was saying, but after going over it with her several times, she caught on and brought it to her managers attention. When she came back, she showed us the bill minus only one shot. I proceeded to explain that since we ordered buy 1 get 1 then if we ordered 4 drinks, we should only pay for 2. She went back to her manager who then came over to me.

Lenny was the manager and the most inconsiderate, pompous person I have ever encountered. He proceeded to state that it was not happy hour and that we were required to pay full price for all 4 shots. I explained to him, that his staff falsely provided us information and he needed to honor what she told us. He began to get irate and argue the fact that it was not happy hour and that it was not his fault his staff was relaying incorrect info to us. Lenny went on to state that the rules for happy hour were written everywhere and on the menu. At that point, I brought to his attention that I never received a menu and to show me on the table where it shows the hours for happy hour and that the buy 1 get 1 was only for that time frame and he frantically looked around the table and could not provide the proof he was trying to validate and continued to claim falsely that its printed everywhere. I told him he was responsible for his staff giving false pricing information and that it was a reflection of him and his training to which he none other than contested.

Lenny's staff even knew that he was incorrect, apologized on his behalf and offered to pay for our shots that we should not have paid for. He was so rude, he then falsely accused me of being drunk and kicked me out. If I was drunk as he stated, in his best interest as a manager, he should have offered me plenty of water before kicking me out, if I was "drunk" and after being kicked out he and his staff are liable for my wellbeing for over serving me alcohol.

Upon leaving I called my bank and found out they went in and charged an extra $30 on top of the bill that I already unfortunately agreed to pay, so that is being contested as we speak.

We also told the manager we would not be returning and he said it didnt matter to him because he has plenty of buisness without us.
