Complaint Review: Cachet Ladies - Toronto Ontario

I actually have read a report that a girl has written about Cachet Ladies on here and I’m so glad to know that I am not the only one who has had an absolute HORRIBLE experience with them. My experience with them is recent...about 4 months ago. The owners of the agency are terrible people, they threaten girls at the job, try to force you to give them private information about clients, and they encourage doing drugs so that you can stay up longer and work more hours. The owners wife LOVES to threaten and make girls feel beneath her. On top of the harsh environment and ridiculous treatments, the owner himself is an idiot. He claims to make, and I quote, "A million dollars in taxes” and threatens that he will shut the whole agency down if girls don’t start working more hours. Leaving girls feeling scared and trapped even though this is a very hard industry as it is.

I am the smart one however and know that this is the only business that he has and he can’t afford to shut it down...because, that would mean the end of the vacations he goes on every week and a half. THE WORST THING they do is THEY FORCE ALL THE GIRLS TO OPEN UP A FAKE BUSINESS ACCOUNT!! This is not a joke. They FORCE you to do it and if you don’t want to than they FIRE YOU. They have an accountant who sets up the fake business account for you and will put a label over it like you are a "chef” or maybe a "artist” but in reality all the money that goes in that account is DIRECTLY DEPOSITED FROM THE AGENCY. Which they cover up as "Event Planning” AKA "MONEY LAUNDERING” and they have lots of categories you can choose from of what your "occupation” is when you open this account. They FAIL to educate you about anything to do with this business account and most girls are left with THOUSANDS of dollars in debt because they are heavily taxed anything after $20,000. And than end up owing ALOT of money to the government. NOTHING was explained to me about this whatsoever.

They also HELD MY PAY ILLEGALLY FOR 2 WEEKS!! Yup! They were suppose to pay me 2 weeks prior and they kept putting it off and off and I looked into it and realized it was COMPLETELY ILLEGAL!! The amount of stress it caused was enormous because all the hours I worked was ALL in their "account” because the clients had paid with credit cards and NOT cash. So I had NO acces to my money AT ALL and that’s because they withheld it for so long! I am appalled at how I was treated because I was a top model with their agency, smart, beautiful, and funny. And I got treated like dirt. Not to mention they RIP THEIR CLIENTS OFF and when they get "party” calls and the clients are high, they use to tell me to charge their card more than what they should have charged!!! And trust me when I say I have had clients COMPLAIN about this a lot. The owners think the clients are stupid but they catch on to these things and when they call them out on it, they say "oh sorry for the misunderstanding”. PLEASE!!! You are trying to purposefully scam these people AND the girls!! What makes things even worse, a client told me to be careful of the agency because they DO NOT SCREEN CLIENTS. They are liars and are operating the most unprofessional business I have ever seen. Please clients and workers BEWARE of cachet!
