Cafe Soleil Zion Tip fraud at Cafe Soleil Springdale Utah
This cafe in Zion has a cashier who is adding tips automatically without asking the customer and withholding our receipts so that we wouldn’t see the fraud they’re committing. They added a $2 tip across the board to all of our orders and did not ask us for the option.
I confirmed it was NOT a service charge, it was a tip.
On top of that, when caught the cashier told my group to “go f*ck ourselves” and “never come back”. Sorry I didn’t let you defraud me!
