Nielsen, his son Paul, of P.G.E., Sara Nielsen, the daughter, of the State of California schools, a total drug addict, and Shannon Nielsen, the daughter-in-law, also a "teacher" with a credential are CRIMINALS with California licenses SO DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, DO NOT HAVE ASSOCIATIONS OF ANY TYPE WITH THEM AS THEY ARE ALL PREDATORS AND ABUSERS OF THE ELDERLY, CHILDREN, OTHER TEACHERS AND USE THE SYSTEMS WHERE THEY WORK OR TEACH TO COMMIT MORE ABUSES.
