California Business Bureau ripoff, dishonest & fradulent charges to credit card Monrovia California
I have been paying California business bureau for some medical bills my family had incurred. We had been paying them ontime every month, usually $100 or more. We recently ran into some hard times financially and I had requested our agent (not sure if i can put his name down here) with california business brueau to please do a payment of $50 this month instead of $100 & that we would make up the rest at the end of the month. I had authorized the payment of $50 and they ran my credit card for $100 anyway. When I called our agent back and informed him of the error he said it "wasn't his problem" and that there was nothing he could do about it, just "deal with it". I asked him if he could please refund the the $100 and re-run it for $50 or just refund $50. but he refused.
I have contacted my bank to dispute this charge.
