california custom trikes inc. apex motors, my father had bought a trike motorcycle for these people it took 9 months to get the bike and it was so-pose to be a automatic but they couldn't figure it out so they gave him a 4 speed one did not se Chandler, Arizona
my father bought a trike from them and it was ordered as an automatic they sent a 4 speed told us they would refund the money for the difference which is 1695.00 well they have not sent the refund and they will not talk to me and have just kept the money and will not return it.
also they sent no instructions on the trike and my father took it out for a ride and was killed riding it as he was not sure of the gearing on it and my mother was in the hospital and now wheelchair bound for life because of there neglect to provide instruction manuals on a new vehicle .
my father waited over 9 months for this and had it 1 day and was killed trying to figure it out all I want is the refund back and to let others know that they rip you off and don't care if they kill someone in the process they are just out for the money and are a very rude company
