I bought a trike from this company and when I went to pick it up the storage compartment was damaged as well has the trike's windshield could not be seen through. Greg agreed to refund the amount paid for these and tooks months of calling and threatening to finally get the refund.
I have had what are warranty issues and this company will not back up the warranty. on 11-3-09, 2 months after getting the trike the gas guage stopped working. This is a pretty inexpensive part, but it is special for the trike and I cannot find it anywhere. The company has promised to resovle this, but it has been 6 months and they have not. I even offered to pay for it.
I finally took out the gas sending unit and found the defective part of it, sent them a blown up view, all for nothing as they don't care to keep the customers happy and get referrals. This company will not be in business long way they treat the customers that spent $17,000 with them.
I thought this company was reputable, but they are far from it. I would strongly recommend not doing business with them.
