I chose this company from google search results when looking to renew my vehicle registration. They look legitimate and professional on their website but after taking my payment and promising to mail in 3-5 days they did not send anything. Two weeks passed and I still did not receive anything. I sent Five emails to them and did not get any response.
I tried calling them several times but there is just a recorded message saying the mailbox is full.I then contacted DMV who informed me that no payment has been sent by them for my registration. They are a scam. Fortunately I paid with my credit card and called them to dispute the payment and charge back the amount paid. So a warning to anyone out there stay away from this company they are a scam collecting peoples money and offering no service whatsoever.

Why not using the official site?

I'm quite surprised that many people don't and/or can't distinquish an official website from all other midde-man websites. In this case (in California), you could do it directly from their official website.
Please people, never go through any websites that "look" legitimate when dealing with any kind of critical personal information (including taxes, properties, etc.). You will be very likely scammed if you don't use the official site.
