Aladdin Dinaali has plenty of time on his hands to sue you, make websites for you, bombard you with false invoices and blackmail you. That is his way of making money. If you don't believe just check out the superior court website and pull his records. He has pretty much sued everyone he has worked with. He is unethical, unprofessional, immoral, and is looking for the easy way to make money instead of doing what he is hired to do.
Go with anyone but him. Someone who is operating under different names and has multiple websites is not to be trusted. Do not trust this guy with your business. You are better off not contacting him in the first place. If you do contact him and decide not to hire him, expect a lawsuit coming your way.

This guy needs to be stopped! Don't know how he is an approved FHA Inspector. He sues everyone he does busines with and doesn't have to pay he claims he's insolvent with the courts so uses tax payers money to try and extort money out of people, their employers and anyone else he comes in contact with. He has never won a suit or arbitration. His website provides false and misleading information, his cotractors license is Inactive as well as his Real Estate License. He is now using the company name "Address International" located in Torrance, CA. Don't know how he could be an approved FHA lender, they obviously don't check out the credentials of the inspectors otherwise I don't see how someone of his character and reputation and lack of licensing could be on their approved list. Stay away from Californian Inspectors. I know this person. His name is ALADDIN DINAALI. Aladdin is an out of work home appraiser with revoked license, operating from Culver City, Califonia. Recently, Aladdin asked me to make a false testimony against a real estate agent. I refused. I told him he should see a psycologist.
