Call/Wave Sent the following message after cancelling service; Your CallWave service will remain active until we are contacted to cancel the service. 'Lenny Sanders' Internet
I signed up for the free 30 day trial for the fax service from Call/Wave. After receiving my credit card statement two weeks later; I noticed that Call/Wave charged my account for $19.99. It was supposed to be $9.95 after 30 days, (keep in mind that I still had at least two more weeks to go to use the free service), well after finding out what they did, I sent an email 6/1/2008 that I canceled my account; and informed my credit card company that I wanted to file a dispute for the amount of $19.95. My credit card company did credit my account for the amount. However, Call/Wave is currently sending emails stating that I owe $29.99, because the service is still active. I have sent the company numerous emails stating that I have canceled the service.
