Don't waste your time or money hiring this loser for real estate or I would guess anything else. Calvin Yapp knows absolutely nothing about real estate even though he claims to specialize in real estate matters. Apparently he feels as if he doesn't need to bother knowing anything since he will just burn up your retainer as fast as he can to get you to pay him more. He will then keep string your case out, padding your bill and raping you worse than the people you are hiring him to fight. When you do finally go to court he will embarrass you because he is a complete idiot. He charged me all of this money, supposedly doing "research" and "discovery" then he get's to court and doesn't know his rear end from a hole in the wall. He is an absolute moron. What does it take to get disbarred? Screwing people out of their money, padding bills, gross incompetence.... apparently not anything they will disbar Calvin Yapp for even though he has had many complaints made about him to the bar association by very many of his clients.
Whatever you do, do not hire this moron. Find the nastiest, slimiest attorney you can and he'll still look like Ghandi next to this shiester.
