Unit  is not serviceable.  No effort made to repair defective issues. 

Avoid at all costs !

Kitchen sink drain is shared with adjacent unit and has no working trap. Water surges into my sink from unit on other side of that kitchen wall splashing all over in my kitchen.

No GFIs in kitchen or in master bathroom.

Overhead lamps in kitchen have defective fixtures broken sockets cracking bakelite insulation etc.

Globes are not secured properly and some only have 1 of 3 screws. Globes fell off and broke for some.

Kitchen cabinets and drawers are of no use. Broken and defective chip board with broken backs. Doors won't close and will not support any weight at all.

Holes all over subfloor in living and bedroom areas. You all but break an ankle stepping into them.

Clothes dryer vents into common wall partition areas and odors and chemical stinks come into living areas.

Floors and walls shake all the time and other residents are abusive, bashing on walls and floors etc to make problems worse.

Workers doing repairs which go on constantly and seems to do same, making excessive noises and violently stomping and bashing on wall and roof ceiling areas. Beyond excessive.

Repairs malinger for months and are not done properly or are never done.

Office staff women are verbally abusive, sarcastic, condescending, and rude as well as lack respect overall for the hazards presented.

This ends as being intentional dereliction, and incompetence and as intentional harassment of residents/customers.

It is also felony theft.

It seems to be built on the notion these people know you personally and blame you and punish you as such.

Tucson Electric Power takes excessive deposit and the want to enforce this breached contract and lease asking residents to guarantee and pay and suffer harm related to defective wiring and appliances etc.

No deposit on unit or to TEP would be legally supported.

Range hood in kitchen is flaking off paint and bits of rust onto stove top area.

Areas there look to have been so filthy as to have years (decades) of crud dust mold and other debris still present despite unit being painted and "cleaned".

Full size ceiling fan in dining area has been shimmed with cardboard pieces that are visible and exposed between fan housing and ceiling and fixture box up there.

Wall and ceiling lamp fixtures and electrical boxes are not properly installed and are loose making in most cases paint as the only thing holding fixtures to wall or ceilings especially in kitchen that has 3 globes on each of 2 lamps.

Floors shake so much and have others likely staff pounding on them so violently as to tip over items in my unit, and damage and disrupt even my toilets since they deflect the floors so much.

My unit had a fire in the electrical service panel housing circuit breakers when defectice AC units and Mercury switch thermostats caused a breaker to fail and to damage the electrical parts in the AC units.

I was verbally abused, lied to, made fun of, and otherwise jerked around before I made it clear this thing is on fire now and I had to open the panel despite it having painted screws in order to be ready to remove the failing circuit breaker and to intervene on the problem myself.

Service person from the complex was not able to locate problem I had to do that for him and he was not able to repair the AC unit either. Left both the service breaker panel open and exposed with 240VAC live feeds from the meter exposed to me and the kitchen and left the ceiling AC unit open with the filter panel off and wires hanging out of it.

This went on for a week when an outside contractor had to come to effect repairs.

During that time I investigated the panel and worked with the contractor later to effect repairs and advised him as well and found other problems.

Service feed is done wrong, too many wires are spliced off breakers or single breakers that are in fact too small.

Being they are overloaded. Too much current draw for the wiring and fact you have one single branch to feed them. Some of this includes AC compressors, fans, and nichrome heating wire modules.

Breakers are heat damaged and so are the wires to outlets and to AC and heat units in them.

Wire nuts are used to secure as many as four high current down leads of 12 guage copper wire that is now coming loose.

My service panel has plastic pieces and shields in the back and mostly has small Aluminum bus bars which melted in the process of this breaker and AC unit failing and degrading.

All of this needs to be replaced. And upgraded to higher capacity or ampacity panels, breakers and feeds.

I have over 14 outlets being 4 in each of two upstairs bedrooms and six in the lower living and dining areas, none of which work or are serviceable. Plugs and cords fall out on to floor since they are worn out and upper units actually spark and arc since something is wrong inside the boxes.

Shower diverter leaks about 50% of water past the defective valve and down the drain making the shower useless, and the sink hot water tap needs a washer since it leaks hot water all the time.

Shut off to the hot water heater does not work and I assume this is planned in order to waste my money intentionally in the waste hot water usage etc.

Toilets have dated and failing shut off valves as do all other sink locations. My toilet after "Jungle Jim" dropped his 500Lb engine block on his floor damaged my toilet and this valve which started to leak water all over the floor. I had to shut it off which stopped the leak to the floor but had to use the other toilet for 30+ days before they fixed it and the shower. Leaving the shower outlet with no calk and done wrong.... the diverter was left sitting in free space with a 1/2 inch gap between it and the shower tile exposing the hole in the wall and the copper pipe and with no caulk to close it off.

Wall switches for lights and outlets are broken and need to be replaced.

Defective AC unit in that unit with Jungle Jim next to mine runs all the time despite it being cold and seems not to depend on temperature and as it stops violently shakes and slams to a halt meaning it is wired wrong and failing. I am told unit is vacant, people come in there bashing on walls and floors and despite that this AC runs all the time now for 120days. I complained more than once months ago and to repair guys in person.

Windows are defective as are outer door and leak air constantly. Solar loading is too high.

Window coverings are defective as well.

Fire hazards and a death trap overall.

This looks to be some form of reprisal, retaliation, and an effort to compel or sustain a homeless condition based on me being a victim of Church and State crimes.

It has a large amount of my personal vanity built into the events and situation and involves even utility providers including COX Cable, Qwest/CenturyLink, and Tucson Electric Power all of whom look to offer reprisal based on offers to accuse me of marital infidelity on top of me being a victim of marital fraud and violence.

I was attacked in Tucson AZ and Germany in 2005 working for Raytheon and Diehl and this was done as reprisal and protection of my former spouse back in NY State who enacted a marital fraud and homicide effort ending in 2003.

I still suffer harm from this and did so on credit reports and losing access and use of banking products and my monies etc. I have been verbally abused, denied service in AZ as well as by these slumlords and the utility persons who were verbally abusive and did vanity based attacks and frauds in setting this unit up for my use.

Excessive and dishonest.

So my apartment was in good order since you never saw it?

Then why did we have all these repair persons in there to agree with me?

Point is landlord has obligation to perform and I do not.  And unit was not working from day one.

Not a problem of my making.  You are the psychotic freak here whatever your name is, TYG?

You need something better to do than to urinate all over anyone who makes a report.

And your approach is useless and pathetic.  Ad Hominem.

And you have no witness.

And you seem to suggest that there are never any victims of crime in USA.

Misguided, you are a fraud in total.  More baseless slurs of those you don't know.

Why support those who do this as you do?  Makes you a felon and reprobate.

Maybe you need to spend more time in prison and less on the computer.

Makes the world better for those who need to have problems fixed without you in the way.

 PLEASE SEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP!!!! It is quite clear to ANYONE reading your post that YOU are bat sh*t crazy. YOU list EVERYTHING you can and yet whine about them making noise to fix problems. YOUR own statement says everything about YOU........This looks to be some form of reprisal, retaliation, and an effort to compel or sustain a homeless condition based on me being a victim of Church and State crimes.......RIIIIIIIGHT!!!! Church AND state crimes. Take your issue elsewhere because YOU ARE A JOKE!!! The ONLY thing I see is a nuthob who has slipped through the cracks and REALLY needs to seek help. You know the kind where they give you meds to even YOU out. Im pretty sure that there is NO PLACE that is going to meet the standards YOU have.
