Have camped x25 years, no abnormal problems/complaints.  Traded fully paid-for 2006 Holiday Rambler Alumascape 5th wheel for a 2006 Itasca Suncruiser summer 2015 motorhome (on lot for sale, but not "ready" x4-5 months, while we made payments, insurance, taxes, registration, etc).  Many issues, unkept promises, disappointments. . .finally traded it for a 5th wheel after approximately 8-9 months, having used it for one week.  Motorhome purchased at CAMPING WORLD Mesa; traded for Keystone Sprinter “all-season” 5th wheel at CAMPING WORLD Flagstaff in March and bought extended warranty..  Explained our issues with motorhome to include issues, promises, disappointments.  Assured would not be same with them. Planned 1-month vacay to Michigan.  DAY 1:  Levelers not working.  CAMPING WORLD Albuquerque stated “burned up motherboard,” could not diagnose for a week.

Was told this was first day of use, released the camper from the truck to demo levelers, he recalibrated levelers to work fine.  Would not diagnose A/C problem “for a week.”  Pulled into Amarillo, A/C lowered temps only l7-10 degrees (108 outside).  Temps 92-99 inside.  Independent HVAC repairmen backed up with calls, could not see us.  Called ahead to CAMPING WORLD Oklahoma City who stated “we only serve those to whom we sell”; and referred us to another camper dealer who was unable to see for 7-10 days.  Told to return to dealer (600 miles back with midway unpack) in Flagstaff.    Now told “AC is working within factory specs now.”  Offers no solution.

Asks, “What do you want?”  “We want AC that works to cool the unit and warranty protection—especially since we paid for an extended warranty!  AC is totally inadequate for temps over 100 all the way from Arizona to Michigan!!!  CW has single-handedly sabotaged a 4-week vacay, loading, unloading multiple times.  WORSE:  Even if we accept the AC “as is,” we now have no assurance of any warranty work that would be made on a 5000-mile trip, if needed, because understaffed, apparently.  Tony Henderson is manager of Flagstaff.  Promised to call, does not, more of same.  We don’t want the 5th wheel without AC and warranty protection, but $15,000 cash and the motorhome were downpayment, and we still owe $42,000 minus 3 payments made on the new Sprinter.  Please advise options.
