Camping and Fishing Outlet Camping and Fishing Online I've been robbed! San Antonio Texas
I saw this company's advertisement on Facebook. They were offering an incredible deal on Yeti Tumblers. I ordered two and was supposed to get two smaller ones for free (ha!). I placed this order on December 8, 2016 and I was assured delivery in time for Christmas. Christmas came and went and I never heard another word. Starting on December 26, I have emailed them, tried to "online chat" with them, and called them multiple times per day to no avail. I have left many, many messages.
Since then, I have done some research and I have not been encourged by the comments that I have been reading and/or the Better Business Bureau reports. It is now clear that I have been completely taken. Unfortunately, I used a debit card to pay for this purchase so I have no recourse. I am very distressed over this. I do not have money to throw out the window nor do I have time to try to chase a company such as this one. In the meantime, I am infuriated as to the fact that I continuously get emails and FB posts advertising their great service, quality and reputation. What a joke!
