Extremely disappointed!  I took my camper in to Camping World because I had a leak in the roof.  I noticed a drip from the speaker, when we unscrewed the speaker from the roof, water poured out! My husband made an appointment for it to be fixed.  It was at Camping World approximately 1.5 weeks.

After paying the service fees (several hundreds of dollars) to fix the roof, a week later it is leaking.  The leak...you guessed it from the speaker again!  I found the leak dripping as I was packing my camper as my family is going out of state on our summer camping trip.

When we called to discuss the leak, the Technician said they probably wouldn't be able to look at it until Monday(its Tuesday!) that means 6 days from now!!!!!!  The only reason we are in this situation is because someone at Camping World didn't do their job properly!  Now they are telling me I can't get a refund because I wasn't willing to wait 6 days for them to check it, and see the leak!

I took it somewhere 10 minutes from my house (rather than 30 mins away) that was willing to look at it today because they care about their customers and pride themselves on repeat business. Camping World employees, both technicians and General Manager blamed us for not wanting to bring it in.  He said he was willing to look at it for free! For free?????  I already paid $600 plus dollars to fix it the first time, how is that free?!

They are not customer focused at all nor are they quality focused.  I asked the manger since he couldn't get over that I took my camper some where else to actually get it fixed, if he was willing to reimburse me for my vacation that I pre-paid for afterall, they couldn't look at my camper right away and he said, "absolutely not"! Its because of their poor service that I am in this siutation and lost the money I spent to have them supposedly fix it, I have to pay for the actual repair from a local shop, and I also lose money because we lose a day we paid for at the state park.

Poor poor quality and service!

This company, particularly this location is horrible!  I do not reccommend you go here for anything!!!!!

I would like to know a little bit about your situation I am an expert witness in the RV industry.

1  how old is the RV ?

2  what's the name of the dealership that you bought it from ?

3  do you have all of the documentation  that you got when you bought the RV ?

4  did the RV dealership ever provide you with what's called a predelivery inspection document most of them do not ?

5  does the RV dealership that you've gone to to get it repaired show any signs of trying to fix it and eliminate your troubles ?
