We chose not to have Camping World replace the defective control unit in the hydraulic levelor as it was cost prohibitive. Meanwhile, I went online to the levelor manufacturer's website and looked under Repair FAQ's. If the control unit is not responding it advised we unplug the control unit and do a "hard reset", which my husband did on July 5th. Lo and behold the levelor control unit now works just fine! I even asked the service manager at Camping World if they did a hard reset on the control unit and they said they did, but the "control unit was fried". We would have paid over $800 for a repair we did not need!
I will say that Camping World did not charge the $125 diagnotic fee and they fixed the shades, but we will NEVER take our RV there for service again.
