The store couldn't win either way. If they don't sell it to you, then you get upset because someone put it on hold. But if they do sell it to you when the other customer comes in to buy the item they get upset because they were told that it would be held for them. If they don't put it on hold and a customer is coming from a fair distance they probably won't go because it "may" be gone and then the store could loose out on the sale altogether.
Most stores wil hold items if you call in and ask them to. They won't hold them indefinatly, but most will hold them for short periods of time.
No where on your website doe it indicate the ABILITY TO PLACE PRODUCTS ON HOLD
- I guess they should add that along with all of the other "fine print" that they are required to put on because someone else thought that they needed to say this or that.
No RipOff here..someone just beat you to the camera.
