Canada Pharmacy used to be a good alternative to the high prices in the US but not anymore. There price on several medications was twice as high as NorthDrugMart.com. They price matched NorthDrugMart.com but it has now been almost 2 months and the shipment still has not arrived.

When I called and inquired about the missing shipment and I was told they would trace the package. I spoke to a guy named Rodney in shipping who fed me so BS about he had traced the package and that he had discovered the parcel had been lost in a US Post Office sorting facility but that it would be delivered by that Friday. The following Tuesday I called back and spoke to Rodney's boss in an effort to get a tracking number. I learned that there are no tracking numbers and no way for them to confirm anything about a particular package once it leaves their facility. THEY ABSOLUTELY HAVE NO WAY TO TRACE OR TRACK OR CONFIRM DELIVERY. They did however offer me a $50 credit to make up for this guy Rodney grossly misrepresented the facts.

In the meantime I had them reship 1/2 of the original order and when I check my bank statement I discovered that they had overcharged by more than double. I called in and asked to speak to a supervisor. Nelson (the guy who answering the phone) put me on for 15 minutes and then came back and told me a supervisor would have to call me back. When I insisted they put me on hold again this time after waiting on hold for 24 minutes Rodney in shipping dept. answers. I explain to Rodney that I had been waiting for a supervisor and asked that he connected my call to the executive offices. Then I get a guy named Depock on the phone. I ask again to be connected to the executive offices. He refuses. I ask for the Presidents name he refused to give it to me.

In my experience the only company's who have management teams that are inaccessible and whose employees unwilling or afraid to give out the president's name are rip-offs. Do your self a favor use one of the more reputable firms like (((Redacted)))

I've Gotten Great Service From Canada Pharmacy.com

I'm sorry about the experience of the person above yet I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with Canada Pharmacy.com

My psychiatrist also recommends them to his patients who agree that their service is great and that they facilitate things like paying pennies on the dollar for meds in Canada vs. the U.S., in part because medications go generic faster in Canada.

For a example, a one year supply of Abilify would have cost me $5000+ in the U.S. The generic version, which works just as well, cost me $60/year from Canada Pharmacy.

I did have one shipping issue which Canada Pharmacy resolved quickly.

Overall my customer service experience with Canada Phamacy.com has been far better than my experiences with CVS, Walmart, etc.
