Canadian Diamond Traders Rebuttal To Kevin, The following rebuttal contains answers to all of your questions along with explanations to help you better understand Canadian Diamond Traders (CDT) and the Diamond Trading Program (DTP) as, judging from your questions and claims in this report, it seems that you lack sufficient knowledge or the ability to research. In the future we ask that you investigate your own claims more closely before defaming, and slandering CDT on the Internet or anywhere else and giving false information to the public as well as making false claims against the company. We have answered every one of your questions that were mentioned here. Please read them and if you will have any further questions, contact us by phone, email or even fax. All of our contact details are listed within the answers as well as at the end of our rebuttal. Is Canadian Diamond Traders A Ripoff? Here is the main question to ask. How long will it take for me to get my Diamond? How long will it take for me to get my money? The periods of time which it takes people to get their diamond and marketing fees from us depend on them. Diamonds could be purchased upfront by paying the full amount which would be approximately 50% of the appraised value. Upon payment, the client then selects the diamond(s) they want and gets it in-hand right away. If the client decides to put a deposit down on a diamond instead, they will then receive the diamond once the remaining balance of the diamond has been paid. The marketing fees are paid out to our Independent Diamond Traders (IDTs) upon cycling out of the Feeder Program and the Diamond Trading Program (DTP). Once an IDT completes a cycle, it could take up to 30 business days for them to receive their marketing fees due to invoicing. What are the required people I need to recruit or bring-in in order to get both my diamond and expected investment? IDTs are not responsible for and do not need to recruit or bring-in anybody in order to get their diamonds or marketing fees. Diamonds may be purchased upfront or by putting down a deposit and paying the remaining balance at a later date, and for IDTs to be qualified to receive a marketing fee of $3500 it is only necessary to market CDT's products (diamonds and diamond jewelry) therefore generating sales for the company. Generating sales for the company helps them qualify to receive the marketing fee in exchange for the services they provided the company. The generated sales could be made to people regardless of whether or not they join the FREE DTP. So basically, instead of paying millions of dollars to advertising companies, CDT pays millions of dollars to thousands of diamond traders around the world on a continuous basis for marketing. This is where the ripoff lies. A person presenting their pitch will tell you that all you have to do is get two people and get them to get two and fill up fourteen positions in the feeder program to get your FEEDER DIAMOND. Now How Many People Al-To-Gether will it take for you in both the combined Feeder Room and the Trader Room to get your expected diamond and expected $3,000 Dollars? The answer is more than you think. Just think about it. As stated in the answer to your previous question IDTs are not responsible for and do not need to recruit or bring-in anybody in order to get their diamonds or marketing fees. The next point is the recruitment of people and moving to a different position. Our diamond tables split because of the number of diamonds sold, not because of the recruitment of people. So you could recruit 100 people, but if no diamonds or jewelry is sold, the tables won't split and nobody will move. On the other hand, if you generated 100 diamond sales, then the diamond tables will fill up, and odds are you will cycle out and receive your $3500 marketing fee, maybe even several times. Also think, is this a pyramid scheme? Actually, CDT has had several lawyers analyze the business, all of whom said that it was perfectly legal and does not fall under any pyramid laws including the FBI laws, Canadian laws, different US state laws, Australian laws, among others. If you would like the actual analyses, you can send an email to [email protected] and we can go from there. We have also posted several of the laws and their analyses on our forums or, if you prefer, you can send us your local laws and our legal team will analyze them for you. Did they register their company as a Direct Selling Company? CDT is registered as a Diamond Wholesaler and Retailer. Are there any locations in the USA? No, there are no locations in the USA because all of our Diamond Traders are considered as independent contractors and there is no need for an actual office, as we are an international, internet-based business. However for the convenience of our clients at home in Toronto, Canada, we do have an office located at 5145 Steeles Ave W, Suite D802. The office is open Monday to Friday 11am to 7pm, not including holidays for anybody who would like to come and speak to us in person or to pick up their diamonds and checks. Who is the main personwho runs CDT? Just ask the real questions and don't get ripped off. The three directors who came up with this revolutionary marketing plan are: S. Sinh Director of Acquisitions J. Waterman Director of Research and Development K. Lourdes Director of operations They are all available to be contacted by setting an appointment, and the best way to set up an appointment is in writing by sending an email to [email protected] Keep in mind that if this is a pyramid scheme and someone decides to convict these other people, even if you do receive your Three Thousand Dollars And A Diamond, you are liable for starting and launching a pyramid scheme where hundreds of people enabled you to receive your three thousand dollars and ifit is, Pyramid Schemes Are Against The Law. Think About It! CDT has been around since 2003 in the retail market and we are NOT a pyramid scheme. To date we have over 150,000 Diamond Traders worldwide and that number is growing on a daily basis. We are still selling high quality diamonds which are appraised by the top gemological laboratories in the world at half the retail price, we are still paying millions of dollars to thousands of diamond traders worldwide on a continuous basis, and everybody still is 100 to 1000 time more likely to be successful with CDT as compared to MLM or network marketing companies.
