hi this is asian midnight rider
I want to talk about the systems of "Canadian property stars" also known as "spring masters".
They are encouraging guys who wants cash and luring them like cows.
then when you are at work,they will bust your a*s till you collapse.
i remember one time when a snowstorm occurred and they still want us to work..FYI:you need to knock on every door,convince them to aerate their lawn and be paid..RAIN OR SHINE..they dont care if you need to take a **it or to piss.After your first day,they will give you a book called "taking your life to the next level",as i read the book,there are some quote that is quite disturbing.
K part of the book page 84 "why is your a*s on the curb"number 2:you're hungry so you sat down and eat"of course we are people..we eat when we need to. number 7:it's raining so you need a break.obviously you need to shelter yourself when it is raining,or else you will have colds or worse flu.
if you don't work for them because they have shortage of workers ,the managers are angry and slam the phone right at your face.after the day is done salary will be split 70-30 70% for them and 30% for you MINUS 5 %GST.they give poker chip worth of one dollar.if you are out of the company the chip is worthless.I saw an alumnus after the day and he is walking like a cripple.He is so pathetic and i cant bear it.The usual salary of a low roller worker is about 3 steps worth 37.24 dollars, gst removed all in all,divide it by 10 hours of work is equals to 3.724 dollars cad. this is not even the minimum wage salary for our province(9.40per hour)My friend aerated one lawn and he earned $10.50 cad. after busting his a*s for 10 hours.my friend number 2 gave up even he is a high roller because "this company don't even give the minimum wage"
don't be fooled to their "earn $100-$500 this summer" because this is s**t.the book is also s**t,the only relevant thing in the book is the XBT workout and the food plenner.i saw their contract from the city and the contract is due on may fifth 2012,and they are still operating this June.

It is unfortunate the work and our systems are not well suited to your skill set.
Many people who work for us really enjoy working hard, in all weather conditions, for their $100-$400 CASH a day.
