I was on the phone with Fun and Sun Gateways AKA Cancun5stars for over an hour asking questions about the all-inclusive package (flight is not included). The customer service was very poor. They were very slow and put
me on hold over 50 times within an hour. I should immediate knew something was up. They answered my questions very strange and many times they were not able to answer my questions.
It was supposed to be 6 days and 5 night for $249 (hotel and three meals a day). They sent me an email with error, the information was not correct. I called them back. They were not on same page and asked me if I can wait to have a rep to call me within an hour. I knew something was up. I said ok. I called them again ( I was becoming very annoyed customer, which is good ad should be almost a smart customer) and they kept disconnected the line. The big red flag was Thank you for calling Fun and Sun. You won $1000 to go on free vacation. That when I contacted my bank to report fraud and file a complaint here.
I know I overlooked many red flags. I just wanted to go on a cheap vacation. It was too good to be true.
