Caolina Carports, Inc. SLOPPY WORKMANSHIP, LOOKS LIKE CRAP, WILL NOT FIX THE PIECE OF JUNK THEY INSTALLED Dobson North Carolina
I purchased a carport and have had a horrible time. Not only did they bring the wrong building, they tried to charge me to install windows and they left all their debris in my yard. I notified the company of my dissatisfaction and even sent them pictures of the leaning building, the jagged metal etc. They have made several trips out, causing my loss of wages some when they didn't even bother to show up. Now they want me to pay. Thank god I didn't pay in full. I have written to them ceritfied mail and still the hunk of junk sets on my property with multiple nail holes on top of each other, crooked and mismatched after their attempt to repair. Of course they are sending me a bill and I have refused to pay until the building is done to my satisfaction. Don't buy a garage from Carolina Carports. They hired a bunch of dumbies who don't even speak english and then they try to collect cash from the customer to do a job they were already paid to do. I even offered the company a lesser amount and I would accept the building. I'm still waiting for them to contact me. That was over 1 month ago and they said they would let me know within 2 days.

We tried to link our threads together, however, the word Carolina is miss-spelled. We will link the complaints together via this response. Hello Nicole, I am the girlfriend of a worker who works at this company and i have to tell you that I am sorry for your poor carport, have you tried to contact the Main office her in North Carolina??? Is so I think you may need to try! If you call you would need to speak with a woman named Adela, she and her husband Javier own this company. And I have to tell you that this business is for the mexicans I did read that you said they didnt speak english, some of them do not but from experience I have to tell you that the white men cannot and will not do this job. I have been near people that work in this business and others like it for about 6 years now. I think in your case you just got the bad workers or maybe you were on the end of their list and they were tired.....I know what you are thinking thats no reason! I am totally with you there. I just wanted to let you know this and I hope that you will get things resolved!!! By the way the other companies out there that do this same job are no better than Carolina Carports(in my opinion). Carolina carports are way better managed than the others. Again Sorry! Crystal North Carolina
