Just another attempt of CAMCO to collect an ancient (~17 yr) debt they purchased (in this case, from Fourscore Resource Capital, according to them).
Amount now claimed >$8K. Was on BofA Visa card. Through no fault of mine, I was put in a situation where I could not pay the (then <$4K debt for many years.
No judgment was ever gotten on this California debt. The CA SOL on a running account is 4 yr after its last activity, with a renewal judgment every 10 yr.
