Capital Choice Consumer Credit phony credit card
Hi I received a application for a credit card good up to 5,000 dollar limit. The application said Visa or Mastercard.
It said to mail back the application with a $39 dollar processing fee or for express delivery $43 dollars. I mailed it back with a $43 dollar payment.
It took weeks to get my card and when I did it was not a bankcard. It was a catelog purchasing card only. I got a catalog within selected merchandise that I could buy with my new credit card only to be used through their company.
I tried to call the company but there was no phone number. Only an address. So I called information and they did not have a phone number under their listing. Only had phone numbers for these offices and here are the numbers. Tampa Bay (813) 236-8900

I called one of these offices and they said the company had moved. They said they did not know the new number. Previously to getting my package there was a charge of #96 dollars to some magazine company that I never heard of.
Basically I want restitution for my $43 dollars I spent for this phony credit card.
