Capital First, American Credit Solutions Inc ripoff Unauthorized charged of bank account two weeks before it was due caused overdraft charges to my account for $62.00 Miami Florida
I was offered a $5,000 credit card so that I could pay off my other credit cards. I was told that they would not charge my account until June 15, 2002. My account was charged 5/29/02 and I was told that they would not credit my account of refund any of my monies. I was told I could cancel at any time without any charges to my account.
Now I find out that they will charge me $99.95 to cancel. I was sent an envelope with paperwork to fill out which I haven't opened yet and I was told by this company that I can't speak with any supervisors cause they were not available. when i asked to get the address of the CEO he would not give me his name or fax number. I was told to write a letter to the company and they will consider my situation and maybe return some of my money.
I want blood from this company. I am a single parent with two small children who will not eat this week because this company decided to take my money on a date unauthorized by me. I even went as far to request my taped conversation with the service tech and they refused. Please help me!
