These people have stolen $190.00 out of my savings account. They had no permission to take this money. I would like to know what gives them the right to take this money. Who in the hell gave this company the right to take anyone's money. They dont plan on giving anybody's money back. I have filed complaints with the Attorney Generals office, the FTC, and the Better Business Bearu. This is what everyone needs to do so this company can be shutdown. Then find an attorney and sue. They need to be stopped. So dont blame yourselves blame these dirty liars.

For more than 9 months, all over the Rip-off Report, we have advised victims of these credit card scams and to close their bank account!
This alleged victim says Rip-off Report said 7 to 14 days they would get a refund.
This is just a game of this alleged victim. Either this consumer is an idiot or trying to trick us in several ways.
This alleged victim sent us an e-mail claiming to be a First Capital Consumers Group Victim and obviously from this Rip-off Report they are a victim of Capital First Benefits. (First Capital Consumers Group victims are told they will get a refund within 7 to 14 days, which has ended up taking 20 to 30 days.) ..this person is not one of them.
This individual has another agenda and is under investigation. WE can say no more at this time, other than; they are trying to trick the wrong people.

I wanted to add to this report. That this company took the amounts of 59.95, 99.95, 29.95. I have made my complaints to the BBB, Attorney Generals Office, The FTC, and the FBI.
We all need to come together and stop this company.
I did receive an email from ripoff report telling me I would have a credit with in 7-14 days.
I got a call from the Attorney Generals Office telling me close my account.
So close your accounts cause it will not stop....
Do whatever you have to do to get the word out so people will know. Email your media. Call and write everyone you can and you can do it all over the web.
I am angry I wont stop until there stopped.
