Capital First Benefits ripoff Miami Florida
I have been calling these people in reference to a Visa Card I should have recieved in July 2002. I can't even get them to reimburst me my funds they have taken out of my accout.
Come to find out this is not a Visa, it's a pay as you go. I have to have the funds on the card before I can use the card.
