Capital First Benefits ripoff scam con artists I returned the package as instructed 8-5, I still keep getting the runaround re my $99.95 refund! Miami Florida
I got the package(in JULY) w/no date on welcome letter to start my "7-day free trial". Next thing I know, the $99.95 was out of my acct! This bounced several payments I had mailed.
I called to try and get my refund. Each time I am on hold for an average of 20min!!!! I was first told that I would get my refund 14 days after receipt of my pkg. That would have been 8-19. I sent this Certified and was recvd on 8-5.
When I called, I was told that the refund policy had changed and it was now 30 days to recv refunds. This would put me at 9-19. Sure enough, on 9-21, I still hadn't recvd my $$$!!!
I called and was told that they would have to research why I hadn't recvd the wire transfer to my acct. I was told that it should be resolved by 10-16. Apparently it wasn't.
This company just gives the runaround and is very frustrating to deal with. On the last call, a "supervisor" (I use the term loosely) told me that it was my desicion to give out my bank info. As though this is my fault.!!!
Tell everyone you know that any of these companies are just a big scam and hassle. I don't know about you, but $99.95 is alot of money to me.
