Capital First is a consumer fraud ripoff. Miami, Florida
I am the mother of two children and when i was offered this "incredible" offer i jumped to the gun. Well i was told one thing and they done another. They did UNAUTHORIZED withdraws in my checking account that cause up to $100.00 in NSF fee's. I contacted the company and was givin the run around....I demanded that i get a full refund of $59.95, $99.55 and my $29.95 that was suppose to cover the shipping and handling of my "package" that i recieved 3 months later..and they still chose to try and withdraw those two amounts causing a lot of stress in my life.
Almost to the point of breaking up my marriage... I dont have money as it is and when this happend it was a dissapointment. Kids needed school supplies but wasint able to get it for them because of the fee's that was taken from my account due to Capital First's mistakes. I am very dissapointed and i have tried many of times to contact these people for a full refund and i got nothing but hanged up on and very bad customer service.
I really dont know how to start even trying to take action against these people, but if there is anyone out there that can help me with information as far as taking action against these people i would really appreciate the information. Im not out to get rich...all I want is my refund of my MONEY!
And by the way; the $29.95 that i had to pay initially for SHIPPING AND HANDLEING provided my UPS.......... Well put it this way I just checked my mail and there it was 3 MONTHS later!!! So if there is anyone that can help me im in desperate need!!!
