Capital First is a dishonest & fraudulent ripoff. Miami, Florida
This company called me unsolicated and promised me 0% and a $2,500 credit line with transfers. I gave them my bank information and noticed it came out of my checking account immediately.....$59.95 processing fee amd $99.95 annual fee. I called and asked when I would receive my card and they said within ten days.
It took nearly 38 days to receive my card and it still is only a temporary card. I then realized there was no credit line, but this was just a debit card, a pay as you go. I called to cancel and to get a refund of my fees...they were rude and inpatient. Basically, told me I needed to cancel this within the 30 days I received the "package."
I had no card to even use and didn't even receive it to cancel within this 30 day term they have declared. They took my money and I haven't even spent any of theirs...they even called a few days later trying the same pitch and I had just gone through the same process. The supervisor was extremely rude and hung up on me. All I want is my refund and to get these jerks to stop this. I hope this helps and thank you.
